You are right. KNX/EIB is not cheap. Also good site (but in Deutch) is. There you can find a lot of information and links about KNX/EIB. This is not latest version of ETS3. The latest is ETS3.0f but they are licensed with hardware dongle. New version brings nothing spectacular compared to ETS3.0d.
If you want ot see improvments of new version you can see it on I use ETS for a long time and I think that this version of ETS is old. On this link you can download crack for ETS3.0d. Also i have tested the falcon runtime monitor with ETS3 and it is showing that it is licensed, but when i test it with movicon it will show an invalid license as you can see in (FalconinvalidLicense.jpg).
