Christen Lang, has been breeding English Setter, Norwegian Lundehund and Shiba. He has received NKK's breeders award in 2001 and is Honorary Member of Norsk Lundehundklubb and Norsk Shiba Klubb. He is former head of Norsk Lundehundklubb's breeding council. He was first time authorized as a judge of NKK in 1975. Today he is authorized to judge 100 different breeds in FCI groups 1, 5, 7, and 8. He has been judging in most parts of the world: USA, Australia and Europe. He also judged the WDS in Stockholm in 2008.

Apart from being a FCI judge, he is also an authorirzed judge of the AKC (American Kennel Club) and AKS (The Kennel Club = England). Ricky Lochs-Romans, has been involved in the Dog World for more than 55 years. Her own breed is Field Spaniel, Irish Setter and Dachshund. When she was 7 years old, she went to her first dog show and this first show was responsible for getting her so deep into the Dog World. She started at home with an English Cocker Spaniel. After marrying her husband, they got an Irish Setter, because her husband love the breed and a few years later they got their first Field Spaniel With this breed they went to shows and have also bred some litters. In every litter they have had some Show and Working Champions.

Brooklet's Field Flinn was the first Field Spaniel in Europe that gained the title International Champion for Show and Field Trails. During 15 years Ricky Lochs-Romans have worked in the ring as a steward. In 1982 she did her first breed exam with Irish Setter. She was secretary of the Irish Setter Club in the Netherlands during 25 years and she did 25 years organization of the Gundogshow in the Netherlands and now for more than 17 years she is with the International Dogshow of Maastricht - being a member for more than 50 years.

In December 2011 she was inaugurated by the Dutch Kennel Club as the 5th all-rounder, but the first woman in the Netherlands, allowed to judge all breeds at championship show level. She completed the breed exams of all 10 FCI groups and have been judging Best In Show and all FCI groups at international level in the Netherlands and abroad. Ricky Lochs-Roman has judged in most of the European countries - including UK and Scandinavia - as well as Australia, Russia and USA. For more than 40 years she is a member of the Irish Setter Club and Spaniel (Field Spaniel Club) in the Netherlands. She is also a member of the Royal Dutch Kennel Club 'Cynophilia'.
